Note: The Foolproof Diet Plan is among the few diet plans that I would endorse to someone who wants to lose weight quickly. However, I think it is important to once again stress that most people who lose weight too fast usually gain it all back…and, then some! Just remember that, if you want to keep the weight off, you have to eat sensibly and exercise regularly!
